Dr Rosa Hoshi
Consultant Clinical Psychologist
Rosa is a Clinical Psychologist with 10 years’ experience working with children, young people and families with a range of needs, using different psychological approaches. She has also completed a research PhD in Psychopharmacology. She is a Theraplay Intermediate Level practitioner, and is experienced in using Theraplay to support children who have developmental trauma. She has also completed her DDP Level 1 and 2 training. Rosa has a keen interest in developing her understanding of attachment and trauma across professional groups and regularly delivers attachment training to schools, as well as providing consultations to a range of professionals who work with children and families. Rosa is passionate about the importance of community: she is a governor at her local primary school and is a member of her local eco-club which co-ordinates the community to work together on environmental projects. Rosa says, ‘we can build resilience in children and families through working together to build strong, supportive communities’.
